What do you do, when someone close to you - a friend, a sister, a colleague losses a child? Or a husband/wife? Or their best friend? Some people choose the strategy to say nothing and literally go over to the other side of the street to away a confrontation with a grieving person. Other say nothing because they are afraid to make their relative upset or sorry. But they are sorry. If they start crying it's not your fault, it's because they already are sorry. The worst you can do is to do nothing. To ignore the grieve.

The best you can do is to talk about it. To show that you are there. Offer concrete physical help, bring them food, pick up the kids, do the laundry, etc. A flower is also always fantastic to receive. Here at MindMyAngel we have collected different memorial items that can be used as condolence gifts. Bring them some of the beautiful memorial candles that doesn’t easily go out. Bring them a memorial box. A beautiful figure that illustrate the family including the death. Or give them a beautiful vase that will always remind them about their beloved one.
